Not at all what I hoped!
I carefully reviewed tat it would print forms on blank paper. When the time came, it would print 1095C, but not the 1094C (transmittal)! I had even chatted with one of the reps online to be sure. Also, when I attempted to file online, all the services shown were priced. Not sure how or if anyone got them filed free.

No Directions
Got it to work, but is not user friendly, and the directions do not follow the software at all!
Support is not immediate, you will need to email and wait.
I will look for a better software next year.

Great!
This is my second year buying this software. Last year I got it online elsewhere for a higher price.
It worked well last year and I like the 25 free e-files this year.
I have already imported my data for employees that left the company earlier this year. So far so good!
