Executive Chair
The chair is very well made, solid construction and very comfortable. I didn't realize the back was as high as it is and I love it!

This chair, at its lowest setting is too high for a short person.
It is difficult too assemble, and once assembled, it is too high for a short person. Not good.

Very hard to assemble
I still can't get it assembled, after spending hours.
Too hard to get bolts lined up with threaded sockets. I may throw this away and start over with a chair from a 'name' brand.

been using this for a couple of weeks, the higher loft in the front is unusual at first but getting comfortable

Chair with Good Back Support
The chair has good back support. The holes didn't all line up well but with the help of my wife I was able to get the bolts in.

cheap castors
the chair is nice, but they sure didn't splurge on the castors. They are very poorly made and don't roll like they should.
