Not Recommended If You Live Alone
While this product may be useful for some people, I live alone and due to limited mobility in my shoulder, I was not able to secure the chest strap; In order to be fair with my review, I would recommend this product if you perhaps have someone who can assist you with securing the chest strap. Just commenting on my experience and why I returned the product.
