Good product/OK service
Staples usually delivers items promptly 95% of the time. This time, half my order was canceled. What was left was delivered like 10 days later, or well after I needed it for a project. Fluke?

I ordered the JAM Paper cardstock in Ivory (a 50 sheet packet) for my wedding save the dates. I had ordered a design online and was going to self print them. The cardstock was of great quality, the perfect shade of ivory, and arrived undamaged through shipping for store pick up. The only bad side was my printer did not like this paper at all.
