Unbelievably Comfortable — even better price!

One of the levers was completely broken off before it was even taken out of the box. It took several months and emails before the correct replacement part was sent - they first sent a replacement arm, then finally sent the seat with the levers unbroken this time. Fantastic chair, be weary if over 6' tall

Chair is Difficult to Adjust: Seat far too back, barely acceptable
Not only did it take a long time to attach the parts, the chair is hard to adjust. The seat only moves forward less than an inch. Meaning it’s way too far in the back. Tilt mechanism and others barely work.

Armrest split
Not happy that after very limited use for a few years that the inside seam on the armrest on the left side split apart. This chair might have had an hour of use 4 days a week for that time period. No reason for it!

Uncomfortable
I thought staples had a 30 day return policy but it's only 2 weeks so I'm stuck with the terrible chair. I've been having terrible neck pain since I got it. The issue is the back. Firm and uncomfortable
Purchased based on some recommendations on reddit and also reviews here. The chair is well built but extremely firm and uncomfortable. The arm rests are very adjustable but also very hard plastic. You can buy a seatpad and also some arm rest cushions to help but then you might as well purchase a different chair.

Comfortable and Sturdy Chair at a Great Price
This chair has great features, adjustable arms, seat. Back that reclines (or not). Mesh back is very comfortable and breathable. Good padding. I am at my desk 10 hrs a day and it's comfortable all day.

Good for the price point
I bought this chair so that I could work from my mothers home while caring for her. I've been using the chair for about a week and feel it is good for the price. The seat feels a bit on the firm side and not as comfortable as the ergo chairs at the office. I plan to keep it as its not a big deal. Assuming it will soften up once it is broken in but only time will tell.

Good overall chair with some quirks
Overall, very comfortable and has a lot of knobs to get the settings right. The only complaint is the arm rest swivel adjustment is loose and gets easily displaced. Would be nice to have a “lock” button for it.

We love the chair we purchased. It is designed for you to be able to sit it the chair for up to 10 hours a day. After using the chair for a week, the back support is great, and when I get up from the chair, my body feels great. We are very pleased with our purchase

Finally, a chair that I can use for prolonged periods. I work a hybrid schedule where I’m home 3 or 4 days a week. I’ve had it for 6 months and it still feels like day one. I’m 5’9 and 175 pounds.

This chair seat is padded and fits well. I wish it were 20" deep instead of 18. The seat does slide but not far enough out for me. So versatile!
I love the multiple positions it has such as the height, the back support can tilt, the seat can move forward and backwards, the armrests raise, lower, and swivel. If you are shorter than 4'11", you might not be able to touch the ground. The seat doesn't go too low.
