The paper file case is a little bit too small otherwise it is the best item I could find for my purposes.

Surprised by the width of pockets
The pockets were so narrow that they are virtually useless. They don't hold but a few sheets. I should have looked closer before buying. I will return it.

Staples 19 Pocket Document File
We needed a Accordion Pocket Document File holder and this one seems to fit the bill. It works fine, but what is missing are the Labels for each file holder sleeve!

False Advertisement
It is advertised as pink and gold. However, the one they gave me is gray and gold. I didn't even see that option online.

Not tall enough for tabbed folders
I think it is a lovely document file, but the second version needs to accommodate tabbed folders and possibly legal documents.
I am keeping it, but will have to trim folders to be able to close it. I am doing this because my old file is beyond repair.

Functional and Attractive
I bought this to hold our yearly receipts, bills, statements, etc. It has a nice design (pale grey with shiny gold dots). It works fine, except that the top is a bit stiff and wants to flip closed while I try to place documents in the file.
