My boss just had two back surgerys and this chair has helped him get back into the daily work mode. It supports his back an makes his day go better and longer.

Not as expected
Tilts too much in the front not comfortable at all, I wish I could return it, but too much trouble.

Very disappointed
We ordered 4 of these to try at the office. Everyone hates them. The back-in-motion sounds good in theory, but I think it was poorly done. Until you get used to it, it feels like you're being thrown out of the chair when you lean forward. The cushion attached to the back is soft, but too thick. They were immediately removed. I picked this chair because of the active lum...

Delivered Broken
Received the product with a broken bracket along with a portion of the seat torn. Staples was quick to assist in getting the chair returned and I received credit right away. I was not impressed with the back in motion and I would not recommend this chair for anyone taller than 5' 10".
