It's hand sanitizer
It is great hand sanitizer. It foams so you use less with the same effectiveness. It also doesn't dry your hands out.

Wrong Information
I ordered another product which was out of stock and I was suggested by Staples to purchase this product. I asked if both products use the same dispenser and I was told yes. Not the case. Now The dispenser is out of stock.
