Ampad writing pads
Paper is smooth for writing on and the faint lines are just enough to keep the contents very horizontal.

Timesaving reliable pad
I use manilla folders with two holed prongs at the top of the page and have for 30+ years. It saves time and therefore saves money to use these pads which also make for orderly files.

Good quality; prepunched at top
Pages rip off pad easily; paper is substantial enough not to tear easily; lasts well
