Better for Home Office
The folder itself needs to be a bit sturdier. The dividers within the folder work fine with a minimal amount of documents. There is no way this folder could handle holding a flash drive, CD, DVD or disc. Pendaflex Divide It Up File Folders
BzzAgent sent me these wonderful Pendaflex Divide It Up File Folders. Since I am a case manager, they definitely keep me organized. The folder fits perfectly in my file cabinet and the tabs allow me to see which fold I need for easy access. I will be purchasing these in the future!

Great organizer
I have used the pendaflex and it is a great use for organizing multiple files that relates to one subject. The pendaflex's are not as durable but it is a great folder to help with organization of files. I would recommend it.

Great for getting organized
I think these are great for getting organized. I've used then to sort my kids school work, art projects that they just can't lose, and sorting all my information for tax season. The three pockets let you sort your papers and the pockets aren't tight and hats to get papers in and out of.
