It doesnt seal
it sealed in patches. We tried different heat settings and it didnt work.

Product fine
The laminating rolls were fine (although getting quite expensive). I feel customer service was lacking when I tried to set up a tax exempt account, the two people I talked to on two different days were not helpful and acted like I was bothering them. Makes me want to order from another company next time.

Laminating film
I purchased the item number that we had from before. It was shown as a two pack so I ordered one. The box came with one of the rolls only. You have to have two rolls to laminate So I had to reorder another one. That one also came as one in a box of two. Doesn't seem correct.

The good roll!
This is our reliable roll of film. Easy to load and provides the look, feel and durability needed for our lamination. When it does jam/crinkle, which is rare, the fix is very easy.

Yes I would purchase again
Laminate is great. Good customer service. Billing could be better. The tax for my purchase was not on my invoice. I am still waiting for a receipt.
