Ink doesn't last
would love to find an alternate, as the ink is almost dry when you open the package

Went online, as we have in past to order these but could NOT have them sent to "normal" pick-up store in Hamden,Ct. without first paying for them? Went to store where someone helped me order online but had to wait several business days as opposed to the 2 hour online promise when logging on at office. If I can get it delivered by using a credit card online to the store ...
