Excellent for Organizing
This is an excellent organizational tool for business. I used it to organize employee files. Now anyone can easily flip through the files and find the needed documents. The tabs are already there so all you have to do is write on them. Perhaps my only recommendation would be to include stickers that you can write on and put in the tabs. That way the files could be reus...

Staples Classification Folder 2 Divider
I love these Staples Classification folders with two dividers! I use them for all of my personal and business files. With the two dividers there is plenty of room to keep your papers organized and categorized by document.
