File Jackets
Returning this item, they are not strong enough to do the job required for our use. We will continue to use the more expensive name brand. Unfortunately these are a great price and may work of you don't need them to last long and be used a lot.

Flat manilla file jackets save a lot of filing space
For lighter weight contents, we use the manilla flat file jackets to store important documents. For bulkier contents like multiple magazines or journals, then we get the expanding manilla file jackets.

The right folder for our program
This was just the right folder for a program we implemented. We needed it to hold about 6 fairly flat documents, and it did the job perfectly. The program participants were able to keep the program documents organized and take the folders with them.

An ok substitute
I prefer the name brand Mead for these file jackets, but they have disappeared from the the market. I have been using the Staples brand for over a year and they serve their purpose but not without incident. The "reinforced" tab is doubled over, but does not stay glued down. The resulting lip gets caught on the outer tab or the papers inside.

Disappointing, but necessary office item
I prefer the manila file jackets from Smead, but for some reason they are getting harder and harder to find. These are the only legal size jackets I could find and they are flimsy, the "reinforced back tab" is not securely glued down and papers get stuck.
