Indestructible Workhorse
I've had 30 years of experience with paper handling equipment. Every machine that I am familiar with must be set up properly to work well. Changes in paper quality and humidity will make adjustments necessary. Machines that are set up manually (most folders under $1000) require careful attention to get the best results. Replacement Parts - Next to Impossible
Used in a Church. We have had it for about 4 years. It has never worked as well as it should for the price. Martin Yale was called to find parts, they DO NOT supply them & they DO NOT service the machine. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find the parts including a web site that did not carry them & a "dealer" that is NOT a dealer. Martin Yale does note do customer ...

Returned it
Couldn't handle different types of paper. Motor ran extremely fast - too fast - paper was flying all over the place. Assembly instructions very poor. We returned this. I believe this is the only item we've ever returned.
