Our office have been using the SMEAD labels in letter/number combinations for years to better organize and store our files for multiple divisions. The different letter designations tell us what kind of document file it is, and we have fewer lost or misplaced files. The different colors make it is easy to see what is out of order on the shelves, or to find files in vario...
