The pen that I love to hate
This pen would not be so bad if it were a dollar-for-dollar improvement over Pilot's own bulk 207 pens. Their bulk pens last a long time and take years before drying out. These are a pleasure to write with and have decent ink but the mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. great base!!
i love the other idea of this pen probably more than any other pen ive ever used- i ran through the ink pretty fast and refilled the base with my muji pen which is really nice- my fingers do not hurt at all and it looks good too

Comfy Everyday Pen
Super comfy to write with! The grip makes it easy on the hands, even after long notes or journaling. The ink is smooth and reliable—definitely my go-to everyday pen.

Not lefty friendly, scratchy ink.
I liked the style of this pen and the grip it had on it, very comfortable. Unfortunately, being a lefty, it is hard to find a good gel pen to write with , and this wasn’t it. It was very scratchy, hard to get a good ink flow going, and once it did, the ink didn’t dry quickly. Maybe this would be better for someone who is right handed, but it didn’t work for me!

My favorite pen now in gel ink
This has always been my all-time favorite pen, especially now that I’m a little older and I’m having some issues with my wrist, this wider grip is perfect for easing strain when I have a lot of writing to do. I love the gel ink also which is new for me in this brand of pen. Definitely put your name on these because people will try to steal them from you.

Comfort pen
Great pen! The grip and thickness of the pen makes it so comfortable to hold. The ink itself writes beautifully, it looks smooth. I would say this is a great pen especially if writing a lot since it has a comfortable grip.

Extremely comfortable
The Pilot Dr. Grip Pen is a near-perfect pen for anyone who writes frequently and values comfort, smooth ink flow, and a bit of style. Great pen

COMFORTABLE PEN
Love the grip and how big it is. Makes it much easier for me to write but I don't like the ink on this one. The ink stops writing sometimes while I'm writing. Not sure what it might be but hoping the ink refills I bought will be better than the one that came with pen. That's my only complain but other than that, been is great! Gotta say this pen is beautiful.

Good but not great
I have always loved bigger pens because they’re easier to use for long amounts of time. I’ve had a Dr Grip in the past but it seems like the new version is a downgrade. It’s not as heavy as the previous ones and that makes it feel cheaper. It still writes very well and is very smooth.

Super comfortable, smooth writing and stylish!
The grip is super comfortable. I love the color - it looks stylish and writes smoothly. I prefer black ink so this is perfect. I am surprised at how comfortable the grip is. I will definitely be buying these pens - worth it!

Quality pen from pilot
Smooth writing ink with a retractable design. The pen is refillable which cuts down on landfill waste unlike your typical disposable pen. The grip is comfortable enough, I just wish the overall pen was a bit thinner. It's a bit too thick for my preference but the item is nicely made and worth the money.

Best pen ever!
I love this pen. It’s dries quickly and doesn’t smear and is very smooth and clear. It’s very comfortable and has a good grip and size. It’s my favorite pen and I’ll definitely continue using it. I carry it everywhere with me and recommend it to everyone!

Good pen
This pen is pretty solid. It takes a second to fully dry on paper. It gives a solid flow of ink and has held up through a couple minutes of writing. The rubber part is nice so it doesn’t hurt your fingers too.

My favorite
This is such a smooth gliding pen. I have loved using this pen working when I have had to write a lot for work. It fits comfortable in your hand, the metal casing makes it weighted but the perfect amount to make cursive super easy.
