Love the product not the packaging
This is the best filing system I’ve ever used. Easy to see at a glance from a top view. Keeps files where they should be. An out-of-place file is easily spotted. Setting up the system is simple. Labels
Organized organized! Finally the file cabinets look great and I can find everything without hunting and searching by using Smead Viewable Label System.

Viewables transformed our office!
Viewables are worth the extra effort! Yes it takes more time to create a standing label with Viewables than to just slap on a regular label or pencil on a title on a manilla folder but - wow! the result is worth it! Easy to see easy to file and beautiful.

Smead Viewable Labeling System
I just love this system. Labeling each file as I need it color coded without buying different labels are just two of the best things I like. I have been using this system for many years and will never change.

Smead viewables labels
I like these for my files. I wish they were in the store all the time but its nice that the turn-around time is only 1 day to order to the store.

Easy to see and find in cabinet
We use this labeling system to generate quick labels for filing. They look difficult to make but the system really is very easy and they look great!

I love this labeling system and how easy it is to use!
My boss never had an assistant. His filing system was atrocious. I was given the task of organizing AND color coding his files. This system made it SO simple to do. And moreover if I need to add a single file I don't waste a whole label sheet. I also can recreate the same labels if I want/need because it saves what I've done until I erase them.

Best filing system
When I needed to update my filing system I found this system was the simplest and most effective for my office. Having the files all on one side having them in color order and having them in alphabetical order made saving and retreiving simple and productive.

Excellent Product
I have used these labels for years and really like them. They make the cabinets look so much nicer then the plain labels that come with the file folders.

Excellent filing system
I love the filing system. It makes finding files much easier than the previous way I was doing them. I have been using these for approximately 7 years. I'm glad the labels are sold separately form the tabs since I re-use the tabs however I would also like to purchase the clear labels separately.
