Love the product not the packaging
This is the best filing system I’ve ever used. Easy to see at a glance from a top view. Keeps files where they should be. An out-of-place file is easily spotted. Setting up the system is simple. Wish it was Copier compatiable
I really like these labels! However recently our supervisor had issues with other labels for " laser and inkjet " messing up our "copier" printer. As result of that we cant use any more labels that don't say Copier on the back. I have searched high an low for these in copier type but cant find anything. Any ideas on what you may have available?

The viewable labeling system is a very handy tool for office files but it hard at times to stick the plastic on the label perfectly.

Viewables Labeling System
This labeling system is great! I use them all the time at work and we just love them! Once we no longer need a tab we don't throw them away we reuse them over and over and they never break! I would recommend these to anyone!

Time Saving Filing
Smead Viewables Labeling System is requested by all the staff in our office. It make organization and filing so much faster....just ask our AP department when they need to find an invoice! We have used the system for years and we order refills regularly. It is well worth it!

Find Files Faster
I love the Smead Viewables Labeling System. I work with many files on a daily basis. When I go to the file drawer it is very easy to see the file I need. I don't have to waste time and search for my file. Making new labels is so easy. It is a very user friendly system. Thanks Smead!

Awesome Labeling System
Form the moment I got introduced to these lables they have changed the way I organize my office. Everything now is so organized colored coded and simply easy to find and keep track of. My whole office loves my new filing system. Thanks!

Great HR Organizational Solution

Viewables are Neat!
I have used Viewbles labels at two of my jobs to organize personnel systems. Not only are they easy to read they stand out because they are beautiful and classy. You can make them any color you want and the software is very easy to navigate and understand. I'm a fan.

I use your product on a daily basis and have the 3.0 version--I can't understand why I have to purchase the product again in order to get the 4.0 version. I feel if you have already purchased this product you should get updates for free. Thanks for your time.

Amazing Labels!
This label allows me to easily recognize files color coordinate the various categories and include additional pertinent information! They are great!

Organization at its best
Our law office uses the Smead Viewables Labeling system to organize our case files by catergory with these colorful labels while keeping a professional look to our office client folders.

Update of software
Last purchased product on my visit to the USA in 2005. Had a need to rename my stored files however the software originally used had been lost when upgrading PC. Great news when I was able to find that the company products were still available albeit for me via on-line search. Software now loaded and able to print. Already had a stock of labels. refill pack
the refill pack does not need additional hanging file tabs. there should be a refill available without the hanging tabs. i have several boxes of the hanging tabs when i had need for only paper ones

Easy to view
This product has saved me a lot of time you can customize the printing to folder tab file tab etc. you can do a lot of things and can color coordinate. I love this system and would strongly recommend to have in your home or office. I use this for both my home and office. The labels standout and can be easily found.

Favorite Office Product
I love Smead Viewables....I wish they would sell them at more office supply stores! I have been using them to organize my office files for years. It is so much neater than writing labels and they hold up over time unlike label-maker labels. LOVE THEM!!!!!!
