Excellent Glue Stics
It's good to be able to buy a single Glue Stic as I don't use one very often and they dry out over time. This brand works really well, and as no children are involved a permanent glue is best for me.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER CORRECTLY!
WAREHOUSE SENT ITEM #196 BOTH times store ordered with correct pic and item number #166. Store manager called to confirm speaking with the warehouse manager of shipping and the order had correct info again, but they still sent out five #!96 in error.I cannot see wasting my time or money, so will shop elsewhere.

It's just a glue stick, but...
...it's small enough for home use, so it won't dry out before it's used up. And it's not purple. And you can buy just one, so it's fresh.

Avery glue sticks
I have purchased these glue sticks before. I love them. They are not messy like the wet ones.

Avery Permanent Glue Stics, Clear, Regular Size, .26 oz..
Glue sticks work well if you have to glue items together like paper or light items. If you really want a strong holding glue for heavier items this would not be the glue to use. You would want super glue or gorilla glue. If you want to gle wood together you would want a special made wood glue.

A little tacky, probably dried out a bit
Avery makes superb glue sticks. I decided to buy a few sticks individually because I do trust the brand. However, these glue sticks applied a bit dense and took more force to apply instead of its usually smoothness. This glue is exactly what I need to put on self-sealing envelopes that DO NOT SEAL and stamps that I have peeled off and need to reuse. So glad I found this glue with the little applicator, etc. And I love Staples fast delivery!
