It seems the paper is thicker and it prints offline. I can print my list on plain paper and it prints fine.

Easy File Labels
I am an office manager at a pregnancy center. We make several client files each week. The Avery file labels are easy to use. I just type in the name and print. I can print one lable or a whole sheet. Either way it is a simple and quick process.

Great for filing
These labels are wonderful for keeping organized. And the Avery Wizard makes the process so easy. The labels lend to a very professional look.

Quick & Fast
These labels are terrific. They make my files much easier to find and neat. It used to be hard to type labels on a computer. No more handwriting - they're perfect.

These lables are amazing! I re-use file folders all the time and these are a must have. They completly black out the previous lables even if I wrote in perminant marker!! Great for those that are going green!

Labels for Everything
I use these labels for everything...shipping, labeling storage boxes organizing my craft boxes..easy to use, love the templates Help keep my office supplies organized as well

professional look

Effective & efficient
We use this product in our office extensively to recycle our personnel files. Once a file has reached an expiration date, we transfer the documents into a manila folder. Instead of printing a new set of labels (while having to white out the other label left behind) we simply "peel off" the original label without the gooey buildup! One of their best products.

Simple & Easy
I've been using Avery products forever and have never been disappointed with any of their products. There's nothing fancy and complicated about these labels; but for what I use them for, fancy or complicated is not required. Simple to use and easy to peel - it seals the deal for me!!

So easy to use!
No more ugly handwritten folders - the templates from Avery makes it so easy to look professional and keep things straight. These labels are easy to use, easy to print one or many - AWESOME Product!

Great product!
I am constantly needing new labels on manila files and it's irritating when the old file name shows through the label. I love the Trueblock labels! They truly do block the old file name from being seen!

The Online Software makes the difference
I used the online software from Avery to print my file labels and it was so easy to use. You can change the font the size and alignment and you don't have to print an entire page if you don't need to. The labels are great but the software is the best reason to buy these. Also the silver backing makes sure your old labels don't show through.

Great product for organizing paperwork
At first I wasn't sure whether the dimensions would work well with the Paper-Docs file Organizer, but the product was perfect and I have been able to get much better organized. The number of labels in the package was ideal for my needs. It would, however, be nice to see this quantity in a removable label product.

Piece of Cake

Great Purchase
The 'White File Folder Labels' were great. They stuck on easily and they were easy to write on. The quality was great but it came off sometimes when I just put them on. Other than that it was a great product.

WHITE LABELS

A product for today's ethic (and yesterday's too)
The old adage to "use it up, wear it out, make do" has been calling out for a product like this. The new theme is "recycle". Some of us have turned file folders inside out to get a clean ID tag to work with but that can get confusing if they are misfiled with the wrong side showing. This is a great solution for using very serviceable files over and over.

Fast change
the file labels have saved a lot of time and energy when updating information on genealogy folders, I can put the new information on the family or person and stick it over old info and it is so clear and readable it helps make the job so easy. Also helps keep all files in order, with the computer printing them out you do not have to decipher what you wrote when you were...
