High Cost Low Quality
This product looked nice while we were ordering it but there wasn't enough pages for the cost.

no stick-et on back like a post-it note
can't stick it to anything without using tape

Color Adds easier identification
I think the color enhances your ability to identify each call made to the office. Easier to handle the flow and not missing one due to it all looking the same.
