Most did not work they were cheap and needed a bunch for one time only. Most had to throw away in the first few tries.

These Pens are Hit or Miss
I love the triangular barrel of these pens as they are easy on my hands which have difficulty holding a stand thickness pen/pencil. The miss part is that the ink doesn't always work. Pentel WOW! Retractable Ballpoint Pen fits Hand
The "Pentel WOW! Retractable Ballpoint Pens" were useful in my volunteer work preparing tax returns for seniors. The grip is ergonomic just right for an old person like me and some of my clients. These were terrible!

I had to return these pens.
I tried 4 of these pens by removing the protective tip from the point of the refill. None of the 4 pens would write. I had to return the entire set of 18 pens. Normally Pentel pens are among my favorites.

Won't ever buy these again
So far many of these pens will NOT work. The ink starts and stops continuously while writing.

do not recommend
One stopped retracting at first use - piece is broken off inside. The retracting is done with a side button which is very inconvenient to feel and use. The colors of pen casing are too similar- example the pink and red look nearly identical. You can't just glance pick up & use - you have to really look at the middle clear section of casing and even that is not great....
