LOVE IT, GOT IT FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BUT THE PLASTIC ONES THE CLASP WOULD BREAK, THEY ARE TOO ROUGH WITH THEM, THIS ONE IS STURDY AND WORKS GREAT, THERE IS A SECTION THAT YOU CAN USE HANGING FILES WHICH IS GREAT. Serves its purpose
With limited choices of a locking file box that is portable, this serves its purpose. Was disappointed in quality of plastic handle since they were expensive.

metal file box
Other than the box was shorter than the plastic box I had it's great. And the size difference was my fault - I did not read the discerption just looked at the picture. I love it and it has all my most important files in it.

Do not like the fact there is not a "Reset" for the locks. If lost you have to destroy the box to get in it.

Great file box
This is the third file box I purchased. The first one broke when it tipped over. The second one was damaged in transit. The Vaultz box is very sturdy. Third times the charm.

Sturdy and deep
Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision to purchase this particular lockbox. The other ones that were available were not large (deep, wide) enough to hold a notebook. My only issue is that the the numbers on the lock are a little difficult to line up. It's not a big deal now, but I hope it doesn't become worse over time.

Easy to Use
I wanted a locking file box and found this item easy to set the combination lock and it holds more files than I expected it to. The only think is that it can get heavy if you fill it to capacity.

Overall good, but a few kinks
The boxes were great overall but received one in which the lock would not open. Seems like it was previously owned and a combination was set so that experience was not great.

Good file box, but not fire safe
This file box is a nice size and holds expanding file folders you must purchase separately. It is not fire safe, and is light weight. I was expecting this be be metal when I ordered it. It is not, but I still kept it because I could not find a metal file box other than ones that are very heavy.

Great for putting my work in progress in overnight to keep peering eyes away from confidential information. I feel like the latches and locks could be made of a little higher quality, so I hope they last for a while!
