Bad Shipment
I've been using this product for more than 10 years and it has always been good. This past shipment was terrible! The red part of the ribbon was so light it couldn't be read. I don't know if the quality has gone down hill, or if this is a one time problem.

run out of ink
very expensive & sometimes the ink is already dried up when we install it NEW! Now the price has gone up several $ for a box of 6
