Works well if you install it correctly.
The privacy filter has both a glare and non-glare slide, so if you want a "non-glare" you have to look before you install it that the non-glare side is facing out (towards you).
You should clean the screen that is going to be mounted to, don't want to tap any dust in between the two layers and also the adhesive strips will hold better. I have found that the double side...

Occasionally inconvenient, but they do the job
I order these for my company all the time. You have to be sitting directly in front of your monitor(s), or else some of them will be significantly or completely blacked out. So you need to get your setup just right. On the other side of that, if someone is standing directly behind you, they can still see everything. The blacking out only happens if you're on either side...

Great privacy screen
Con: Doesn't extend out to the corners of the monitor. Close to a 0.25" gap but overall a great buy. Completely black screen unless you are in the viewing angle. Never used a privacy screen before but after turning up the brightness on the monitor, I barely know it is there.

ultimate privacy screen

this has worked awesome for us. One thing helps us with being HIPPA compliant but it also has helped with strain on our eyes. I highly recommend this product

It does the job!
I haven't used a privacy screen for many years. The last one being one that hooked on top of my monitor and hung over the edges. Very cumbersome and ugly. So, I was very happy when this was delivered to find that after a very simply installation process, it fits right over the screen! No unsightly hinges or hardware!
