If you paint them and try to stick it on a painted board or wall the letter crumple and they don’t stick. It would probably work well on plastic or paper.

6" vinyl letters
Worked great I can remove as needed. They were for a menu sign on a food cart. So now instead of paying for expensive menus I can just switch out letters and numbers when the menu changes.
