Perfect for my now at home office
I am so glad that I got this foot rest - Using it makes sure that I have the proper alignment for my body. The rocking motion allows me to move my calves every so often that I do not become as fatigued. Very good quality - it will be coming to work with me if we ever get back in the offices

Nice addition for sitting working jobs
Overall a good addition to my home office. The pressure points helps my feet get a good blood circulation. One minor nit-pick is that I wish I could lock the position it was in. I'm not a fan of the seesaw effect.

Works as expected
I used this at home when I'm working. I wear socks and rub my ear on the bumps and rock it up and down so my calves don't ache later from sitting so long.

When I roll my feet on it, it does invigorate but is also very comfortable. A good choice!
