So far so good. My prior version different model kept kicking off and this one has stayed on without issues

This one is faulty :(
This one unit is unable to handle 2.5 amp powered speakers on the surge protection or battery surge protection. It keeps on tripping the relay switch. Not good for live DJ performance

Not as I hoped
I ordered this one because it had many outlets. Unfortunately the first day I had all my computer printer and other small items plugged into it went to print and it shut down everything in mid print. Very aggravating. I had to remove the printer from back up just to be able to print. Never had this issue smaller units. I will not buy another one.

So Far So Good
I purchased this battery backup about a week ago. Last night we had another power failure and it worked like a charm. I have an automatic standby generator with a 20 second delay and I thought all I needed was a backup to prevent an instant shutdown. Unfortunately last night the generator failed and it was some time before I woke up and realized the generator had failed...

Great product!!!
This product has saved us time and time again. If our office every computer is using one of these. We recently had a power outage and it saved two of our computer from being destroyed! We have about a dozen of these and allows keep at least two on hand!!
