I would buy this product again
This is my second Tripp Lite. The first one lasted over 20 years. The one I bought recently is working well.

I bought it again... Way too soon.
Bought this to replace one that was just a year old, a few days out of warranty. Thought it was different it happened to be the same one I had. I really hope it lasts longer than a year this time. Thought about changing the battery in my old one.

We're happy TRIPP LITE owners!
Since 1986 we've used a competitor's products, but they fail after a few years, and I don't mean just the battery pack… the entire unit goes pffft. So we switched! Replacement for a unit that lasted 10+ years
Super pleased with new unit. Simple and easy to install. Weighs at least half of the old unit, a big plus.

Love having additional outlets

I would buy this again
This is a very good UPS for the money. I have bought several of these for different small projects. Batteries are better than other more expensive brands.

Perfect for remote workers
Use this for my remote desk set up and is small enough to not be in the way and can handle all my products. From laptop, to monitors, to printers and helps ease my mind.

This is a keeper
I really like that I can easily plug in devices with ease from the top instead of in the back of typical UPSs; UPSs are typically placed in out-of-the-way areas (behind desks, on floors, etc.)
I would've given a five-star review if it weren't for the software to download from Tripp Lite's site--better-written instructions would've surely been helpful.

I would absolutely buy this again.
I was having a hard time finding a surge protector/power bank with enough slots for my needs. This product was a complete game changer for my business. I would recommend this to anyone.

Works great
We use this to protect computers and other sensitive things. Easy to set up. We've been using this product for many years and just replaced a similar model that was past it's prime.

Nice UPS and great tech support
Nice simple unit and one of the very few that still has an RJ11 port. Protected my modem but the RJ11 port was dead. They replaced it with no argument.
