Leaks
Twice now we've ordered this knock-off toner rather than HP brand name and both times the cartridges have leaked yellow ink all over the inside of the printer and smearing on every page we print, even if we only print in black and white. Thinking the first time was a fluke, we reordered the same kind. But it happened again.

Replacement toner
This prodcut leaks and causing all kinds of printer issues. This product runs out of ink quickly making the price quality non value and often new replacement cartridges are defective.

I prefer not to use this product
When I opened the box the toner was already leaking from the toner cartridge. Usually you can install the cartridge and it takes a couple of days before it leaks into the printer and has to be cleaned up prior to using on presentations.

Does the job just like new.
I did not have the experience of the reviewer that said these only last a week. I can't tell any difference between these and brand new cartridges. Could be a tad cheaper for what is basically a refurbished cartridge but these are higher quality than other refurb cartridges we've used and had problems with so we're sticking with these cartridges.

Not happy
We thought we would try this cartridge instead of the HP brand. Both are supposed to have 4,000 page yield. The HP cartridge lasts our company 4-5 months. This cartridge lasted a week. The $80.00 savings isn't worth it if you have to buy a cartridge every couple of weeks. I don't recommend this.
