It works
It is working so far for the purpose for which I bought it. My cat knocked a ceramic lamp off my dresser - twice - and broke it both times, even worse the second time. Did the trick.
I used these very sticky little patches to adhere a small sign to a mailbox. It’s surviving the elements and does not appear to be slipping. Time will tell, but for now it’s doing great.

Scotch mounting tape Give it five star rating.
Great stuff. Frustration was I drove 8 miles to get and you only had one of the 2x2 on the shelf. Annoying! Would easily recommend.
