received this tissue paper package and it was sliced down the center of the package. It was in a large box all by itself with packaging bubbles but sliced clear through the paper so I have "torn" tissue paper now.

I loved the tissue paper I am using it for crafts. It’s easy to work with comes in many colors and more combinations can be made by putting different colors and moistening them with water. Will buy against
