poor quality
Toner "flaked" and never did print clearly, even after multiple uses. I will NEVER use the Tru Red remanufactured toners again.

I Rather
I ordered the Original HP LaserJet Toner and I received the remanufactured version instead. I have had problems with remanufactured toners before. They do not last long. I would have preferred the original HP Printer Toner.

Inferior Quality
This cartridge tends to drop toner in blotches on the page. Won't order again.

Smudge
There is a smudge on every injection, even after trying to clean the roller. Not very happy with the print quality.
