Good cups/No lids
The cups were good but there were no tops with the cups and I guess you have to buy them separately. I think that for the price there should have been tops with these cups.

oily residue
cups are good quality as far as no leaks and them not requiring a sleeve for hot drinks. I got complaints from a couple people saying there is an oily film on the cups I myself dont use the cups often but after hearing the complaints I served myself cold water and yes there was a visible oily substance floating in the water

defective coffee cups
We ordered Dixie cups for our office and we have had numerous amount of cups with holes in them and this is very disappointing and now we have to order more cups. We will be going with a different brand.

I purchase these insulated cups over all others. They are safe to use when using hot beverages and the cup keeps your drink out without being uncomfortable to hold. I personally do not buy any other brand.

BIG ISSUE
Every single 50/pack bag these cups were packaged in was OPEN at the top. Several cups fell out on the floor before I could catch them & were thrown away. The rest of the bags were also open and had to be taped closed before they could be stored. These contain fluids that people drink. Having an open bag can expose the cups to contamination and onward to whoever us...
