Great Product!
We received our completed Trust from our attorney and were advised to place it in a waterproof, fireproof safe. The Trust was in a three-ring binder which made it too big for any reasonably priced home safe I looked at. I bought the Post Hanging Data Binder and put our Trust documents in it. Not for Everyday
They are horrible for everyday use. I have to use my forearm to try and hold the pages open (very difficult) to read/access the information. Will use the ones I purchased for older files that don't need to be accessed.

Expandable Binders
We have been using these expandable folders for years to close out our year end files the store in file boxes and easy to pull and read if need be

ACCO Expandable Data Binder, Blue, 8 1/2 x 11, 6 (Ring Diameter)
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of the plastic prong base that would not stay closed, the prongs were hard to bend into the plastic base. I even cut the prongs to fit in the groove in the plastic base but it still did not help any. In addition, the carrying handle would not fit in any of my file cabinets. Data Binder BLUE
The blue binder is great for our use we add 100 pages and it holds in place. It also is good about storing it after we fill up the binder.

great binder...doesn't damage document
Great document binder without the rings that eventually rip the paper. Hangs wonderfully in the file drawer and takes up minimum space. Two hooks should probably be made of metal to give added strenth for thick documents.

Decent storage option
Sometimes it can be difficult to open the fasteners the first time you set up the file - I have literally had to have two separate people pull open the clips at the end - or force them open with a letter opener while someone else pulls them out. But it's a great product for storing large amounts of paper and organizing reports for storage.

I would never buy this product again
I use this product to protect payroll records and it doesn't close at all. I am afraid all the paperwork is going to fall out.

Storing important papers that need to be kept for several years.
