Waste of money
we purchased this fax machine because our older one was no longer serving our purpose. we would only get 1 page. This machine is doing the same thing. I tried to return today and realized I only had 2 weeks to do so. I am stuck with a new machine that is no better than what I had

Best Printing Investment Yet
I purchased this printer and fax machine for my home based office and it works like a charm, I like that it's small in size, portable if needed and is compact.

Efficient
Efficient machine very simple design. The only drawback is that it does use a lot of ink/toner esp. for heavy usage. Thank you Staples for prompt delivery and service.

Terrible do not recommend
I am convinced the positive reviews on this fax machine are either a) from people who only send faxes and never receive faxes or b) bots that Brother has set up to post positive reviews. It's a win
Fit perfectly where the one I had for over 31 years was. Smooth easy operation and set up. I use it just for the fax but have used the copy mode while doing monthly accounting scans from desktop pc. So far so good

Tricky set up
I do like the machine in general - however I needed this because of a land line phone number still associated with a business - I am having issues recording the message so I can redirect to a cell phone -

DO NOT BUY
BOUGHT THIS FAX MACHINE AND HAD TO USE 2 INKS IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. CONSTANTLY HAVING TO BUY INK IS NOT WORTH IT.

disappointed
I can't get it to hook up with the phone line to send a fax. Therefore so far it's useless. It's bigger than I expected. My other one was set up to pickup an incoming fax as soon as it heard the hand shake but not having any luck with this one.

It is high speed! I like how easy it is to use. I did take a minute to realize you didn't have to put the "1" in front of the number! Set up was simple!
