solution for the cap not opening?
Ditto with everyone else. It just came out under the cap and made a mess. What is with the cap on these? Ridiculous. I don't want to waste my time taking it back to the store if that is the solution.

Works good for me!
I've used this product for a few years and it works well. Haven't had problems with the cap not opening or coming off . I just squeeze the cap at the bottom, twist, and it pops up like it should . I like having a good cleaner that doesn't have bleach. My only complaint is that it still has a chemical smell.

That Cap Has Got to GO!!!!
I love Lysol products they are everywhere in my house but I HATE the cap on the toilet cleaner!!!! It is next to impossible to open and I dread cleaning the toilets! Works okay but stained the toilet bowls
This worked okay, not great but I liked that there was no bleach in it. Now I've noticed that all of our toilet bowls are stained blue and it won't come off. I would like to know how to remove this stain - it looks awful!

What is your response to the cap issues???
I came to your website because I too have problems with the cap either it's impossible to open or it spills out all over the bottle itself. I notice you respond one on one but, consumers lilke myself would like to know the answer as well. Great product:) Bad packaging:(

TBC with Hydrogen Peroxide
Been using Lysol TBC with bleach for years. Very happy with it, but I hate bleach. I hate the smell and it's potential for damage. I decided to try the HP based TBC just recently. It's ok.
