Plastic short/skirt hangers
These plastic hangers are of good quality overall, although the plastic spring was replaced with a les stiff metal spring that does not hold the fabric as securely as the plastic spring version. (They are the only non-metal hangers available anywhere on the Internet)!

Does not match picture
I specifically bought these from Staples because the picture looks like a set of these hangers I already have. When they arrived, they were the “new” version of this hanger which not only doesn’t match what I have, they are cheaply made and barely hold my skirts and pants in place.

Not strong enough
The plastics clips do not have a good grip of the garment, and are not strong enough to hang heavier items.
