Save your money!
I can't believe the price for the quality/ function of this printer. I've had tons of Brother's in the past and this is by FAR the worst. Print time is painfully slow. Printing something using WiFi? Hope you have all afternoon. Scanner? Nope. Print quality? Extremely low/ hazy. Noise? Loud. I keep trying to just like it because I spent so much money on it but it's on...

DO NOT BUY THIS - buy HP instead
A 1- star rating is generous here. It does not print accurate colors to your computer. You can spend hours on support and they CANNOT fix this problem. If you are looking for accurate color printing - find the similar product to this BROTHER in HP and buy that instead it will make you MUCH happier and you will not be out 550 dollars.

Great Printer
Great printer. Good quality output. I have had to hardwire the printer to my laptop as I kept loosing the connection with wifi. It is slow to start the first print but that was expected as it says so in the description. It is quite large so it takes up quite a bit of room on my desk. I am very happy with it's performance overall. I would recommend it.

No ARM support! Poor components.
The machine (and its components) do not appear to be well made. We have a constant issue of getting the (Brother-brand) cartridges to "seed". In addition, it's appalling that there is no ARM support.

Look for better options
The printer does not work properly at all times. First it was a print image problem (after 2 updates and 5 calibration) it works better. After 500 pages; the problem is back. WiFi printing works but requires printer reset after 2 weeks. When it works properly; it’s awesome but sadly it’s inconsistent at that.

Great Printer, Slow Printouts
This is a high-quality printer that produces very clear printouts. However, it does take up to 30 seconds to print one page and since this is in an oil change shop, makes the customer wait each time they want their receipt printed. Other than the slow printing time, it's a great printer so far.

Great printer - nice quality overall.
Love this printer. I needed to replace a 20+ year old Xerox Phaser and researched the L8360CDW and it has truly been a great choice. I like the quality of the printing, the use of the manual feed tray for labels and the dual sided printing when needed. I am probably going to buy a second one for home use as this one is in the office.

Superb Brother Color Laser Printer
Superb printer. My first Brother printer and I love it. I initially bought and HP Color Laser printer but it was a piece of junk which I returned. I then bought this Brother Color Laser and doubt I'll ever go back to HP.

The best color printer I've ever owned!
If you want a great color printer, the Brother HL-L8360CDW is the one for you. The printer is a color laser printer so you will not have to worry about ink drying up in the lines like a inkjet printer. The toner is a little expensive, but typical for the improvement in printer quality.

Overall ok
Overall I do like this but there is a slight delay in the printer starting to print after having clicked on Print. The colour is not as sharp as it could be.

So far it meets all our needs for Linux & Windows!
As a Linux (Ubuntu) user, this printer worked from the moment I plugged it in and added to the network. Not the case with our older HP. Could flip a coin if I needed to re-add/configure it at each use. Setting it up with a static IP on Wifi was simple to do on the device. Once connected, all other settings were managed via browser. Great Investment
Works great, very nice colors. One issue that I have come across is when printing envelopes. It crumples the envelopes. This is our 2nd Brother colour Laser Printer and our 1st one lasted 15 years!
