Only for commercial type LOW pile carpet
I have a low pile berber, but these nubs are too small even for that. I need to return and exchange. Also not very strong - I weigh 150 and there are dents from chair feet everywhere I sit.

It's Perfect! At first I worried about my desk chair wheels leaving dents in my brand new plastic chair mat. BUT--when I moved my chair around--the dents moved back up. Amazing. I couldn't be happier with this product. Good Old Reliable Staples--they must have tested it out.
