No instructions to unlock
Had to go online to find instructions how to unlock. No instructions on box. Clipped the wire through the lock and online said you are not to clip the line until you unlock and then clip the line that went through the lock. I have to send back.

Very sturdy and professional looking chest. One of the locks did not work however Staples has agreed to replace the Chest.

They stand up to tough heavy use.
I go through one about every year I bought this one as a standby because after over a year the casters started making noise and will someday fail. We have a few of these in use at work great way to take all of your important paperwork with you and be able to lock everything up to protect information. Would highly recommend!

Very delicate
Bought 20 chests Returned 3 already Handles detach from the chest Some locks don't work The floor of the chest isn't very strong.

Not for the heavy load
I bought this for my clinician to use to transport files. After 3 months the handle started to weaken and pull out of the brackets attached to the box. Now at 6 months the handle and bracket are completely off the box. Leaving holes in the box. Too flimsy for the price.
