Great, Cost Effective Product
This is our third purchase of this model and all have been very good products. They are simple to use and very reliable. We added a NIC and use the PowerAlert software on our hosts. We've tested it multiple times, but the bottom line was that it worked when we had a severe storm and the power went out. I would highly recommend this product.

Great investment will purchase extended run expansion.
These were critical in keeping the datacenter operational while the generator was kicking in. Oklahoma has been experiencing power disruptions (Rolling Blackouts). Knew this would happen so I got two of them to offset the issue of unreliable power. They work well and condition dirty power.

Tripp-Lite reliability in a compact format
Very reliable, perfect capacity for our needs. USB interface is a plus for orderly shutdown from power outages and external battery control. We use two, one for the rack and one for all of the workstations.

The rest of the story.
My home office is adjacent to my home theater. Smart3000 powers all computer and home entertainment equipment. Required some breaker box adjustments to provide 30A supply. Long cord allowed relocating Smart3000 to office solving fan noise in home theater. Will purchase more as we expand our system
Purchased for our Traffic Management Center. This provides backup power for our traffic signal system and incident management camera servers. We expanded run time with the BP48V24-2U. Easy to setup in rack.

Doesn't Let Me Down
I've been using the SMART3000RM2U on film sets for the past six months in a rack mount case. The UPS has exceeded my expectations for a dual computer setup. Part of my job as the Digital Imaging Technician is to ensure the safety of the Hard Drives on which the entire film is kept and the SMART3000RM2U is a powerful component to my job's backup requirements.

I Feel Like a Smart Pro
We purchased a pair of the SmartPro 3000RM2U units and could not be happier. The hardest part was lifting them into the server rack (they are heavy as expected). Load balancing and configuration was very easy and we love the notification options if we loose power or have issues. The install was so easy that when finished I totally felt like a Smart Pro~fessional.

VERY RELIABLE
I have been using this product on most of my IP networking equipment in a cable TV headend. This has been one of the most reliable UPS that I have ever used in the headend.

I use this on my entertainment system, and am quite satisfied; as this is the second unit I have purchased for this purpose. My first unit quit charging the batteries after 6 years of faithful service. Tripplite won't provide prints, being handy with an iron, I'm sure I could repair my old one....but that's another story. I get numerous power-bumps or voltage fluctuatio...

Excellent bang for the buck!!
These are the best UPS and power regulators on the market. I use 10 of these for website backup servers, and I use them in my studio. Pure power is good...

Little Engine that Could
We currently use this box to power several network switches and also servers. We always used APC in the past but kept having issues with batteries. We have had these for 3 years and so far no issues. We haven't seen much loss of up time due to battery decay. I would recommend this ups for anybody that is looking for a cost effective solution for power outages and power ...
