Bought several and will continue to buy
Product works as advertised. I have had no issues using this cable to console into Cisco devices. Works every time and is much simpler thaen the old USB to db9 cables. No need to have cisco console cable laying around as well.

No more dongles for console cables
Working great and easy to pack. I'm very grateful that I don't need to use the usb dongle for the console cables anymore.

Simple but elegant device.
I knew one day I would have to retire my old Prolific USB to RS232 Interface. When I got the above unit I was skeptical, but that skepticism turned to joy when this unit lived up to its plug-and-play action. Perfect for jobs in data networking
I use this product In my job in data networking. This cable works perfectly with the installed drivers for using the console ports on networking equipment to configure the devices in local mode.
