Great thing for optimizing your desk setup
It's a solid little product that allows you to plug the offset RJ connector of Thrustmaster rudder pedals into USB instead of plugging it into the throttle. Depending on your desk setup, this can make life much nicer.

It has a switch for auto or plane mode, so if you're looking for something for driving you're in luck.

Does not work as intended.
The product does not recognize the pedals when it is on the car mode but it does when in flight mode. Also in flight mode the pedals are still giving input when not touched.
