Perfection
If does exactly what you need it to do. Simple easy to open packaging, Ethernet speeds are as expected, no software needed to install and use it, allows for charging, compact. Not sure what more you can really ask for from this dock if these are the ports you need.

Top Tier vs Competition
I love the Tripp-Lite adapter. purchased for my Macbook Air. It has more features than the more expensive competitor directly from Apple, with built in features that users actually need.
