You get what you pay for. This is a quality made product.
Not all of the Adapter Converters are 3.0. If it is very cheap to buy then it probably is not 3.0. The Tripp Lite is a true 3.0 and works perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to use a Type C to Type C cable.

not worth it
doesn't meet expectation to use for display port conversion, drivers issue as well, spent hours with Dell associate & final answer is not supported product on my requirement.

You get what you pay for. This is a quality made product.

not worth it

Disappointed
This was compact and just what I needed to be able to use my new iPhone cable with USB-c in my car. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work consistently. My car often is unable to recognize it.

Tripp Lite USB 3.0 Adapter Converter USB-A to USB
Great it works as advertised. Got it connected to desktop pc running Windows 10 and it recognizes it just plug and play and ready to go. Highly recommended.

Doesn't handle video data
Doesn't work for what I bought it for. When used to adapt to a Dell Hub USB-C, plugged into a computer USB-A, it would only hold the video signal for about a second and then the hub would stop sending/receiving data.
