Excellent features and durability.
I have owned this printer for over 3 years and it hasn't failed me in anything that I've thrown at it. Whether I use it as a copier, printer or scanner it performs flawlessly. Do yourself a favor and just buy it. You won't be sorry.

Does not meet the needs of a small business
Unfortunately this printer was quite slow and made a significant amount of noise. When printing or copying several pages it caused the pages to curl up. This makes putting these papers inside our folders and documents difficult. I was not impressed by this unit and will be returning as soon as our new printer arrives.

Mac friendly printer
easy to setup, easy to use with my Mac devices, does a good job printing-hoping the toner cartridge lasts long time!

HORIBLE SCANER - EXPECTED MUCH BETTER
I have had canon products in the past and this one is horrible at scanning. First it scans way too light and there is no real good instructions on how to darken the image. No Chat support to help and only M-F 8-5 help

I ordered this printer and the touch screen monitor didn't work at all only fuzzy lines on it so I had to return the printer and get another one. The new printer came in the next day which was impressive due to the fact that we live in a remote area but the touch screen on the second printer is not very receptive either. Takes way to long to print your pages. If you have 15 to 20 seconds to wait for first page to print you are ok to purchase otherwise don't waste your money.

Confused MultiFunction with All In One
Uh oh, great printer, one huge problem on my end. I thought Multifunction included Fax, this unit does not have Fax and yes I still fax documents. I planned on giving my wife the older ImageClass and keep this one. She just got lucky.

Make quick copies.
I received this product in exchange of mt unbiased opinion this printer it is very nice make execellent copies, the only downside is it is only black and white. Prints and copies very fast.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. After recieving the printer I was a bit worried about the setup but thankfully the setup was smooth. I received this product for my unbiased opinion. The package was very huge when it arrived, I needed an extra set of hands to bring it in. The unit is large so you need to have sufficient space to house the machine. The printer needs a little extra space around it to "vent" as well so be mindful of that also. Cost efficient printer with lots of features!
