Good Dock
Works great. I connect older external drive, keyboard, and wireless mouse receiver to it. USB-C Connection to Dell 2in1 charges battery. Wish it also had an HDMI port for my monitor. I have been unsuccessful getting a DisplayPort/HDMI connection to work so have been connecting monitor to second USB-C/Thunderbolt port on laptop.

BEWARE-COMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH 4K THUNDERBOLT 3
VERY DISSATISFIED CURRENTLY SEEKING A REFUND. 4K thunderbolt3 is apparently incompatible with Win10 or above despite being “assured this is proper application. Cannot get drivers from OEM or DELL websites even DELL service assistant help. Escalating to Sales Rep Manager Level.

Make sure you can get by with 60W
The dock works great -- but with only 60W it won't power a new laptop -- you'll need to plug in the laptop's power adapter *and* the dock

No video out from dock to non display port displays.
Display port require active adapter to connect to any display. No video out from dock.

Docking station
It’s a great product but I get an error every time I power up the laptop about the power supply not being the right voltage.

Seamless functionality!
I have used this for a couple weeks now and have had no issues. Worked immediately when I plugged it in and both of my displays showed up quickly.

My Work-From-Home Hero
This dock made my time spent working from home a smooth transition. With this dock, I can charge my system and utilize my regular keyboard and mouse along with more monitors. It was such an easy dock to connect to! The Thunderbolt 3 made setup simple and having so many extra USB ports is fantastic.
Definitely one of my best purchases of 2020.

Perfect for Home Office Set up
I needed a more efficient "work from home" office set up. Wanted a TB3 Dock compatible with my XPS laptop to drive an extra monitor and offer a hard-wired Ethernet to improve overall work efficiency. I also like a clutter free work area and easy access to add other USB devices. The VT4800 delivered on all fronts. Best of all, it was plug & play with my XPS laptop.

Perfect for my work from home setup!
Plugged it into my new (late 2020 XPS15 and it just worked. Love the multiple USB's for older tech and the Type-C port on the front for newer technology. I did pick up a couple of Type C to USB A adapters to provide a bit more flexibility. Love the Thunderbolt/Type-C backward compatibility. The native dual DisplayPort meant I didn't need to buy adapters.
