Great Product
Easy and simple to use. Box labels exactly what kind of adapter cable it is, so no need to try a bunch of different cable to connect to what is needed. Length is good to work closely with the thing needed to communicate with, without being too close.

Simply Works.
Using this product was super simple. MY laptop does not have a disk drive for the driver disk, but the website was quick to get me to the downloads page to install. Once installed, the cable does exactly what I need. This cable works with older HP switches like a dream.

Love This Adapter!
I can't express how elated I was to FINALLY received this adapter cable & it worked. In my manufacturing plant, we're barely hanging on to technically archaic multi-spindle fastening systems with serial communication ports. So although we were grateful for also finally receiving upgraded laptops for troubleshooting tooling related issues, we couldn't without adapter cab...
