True Sine Wave Server UPS
Having bought an HP Proliant server, I found the server would not remain on standby power with other UPS brands at the time. Knowing a little about UPSs, I did my research to find a true sine wave UPS. This product was on special so I bought it. When I tested it, I found the server was able to work as expected during power loss testing. The UPS is also able to send an e...

Simple enough install.
Using the product to keep my desktop, monitors and printer powered in the event of a power outage. Its no heavier than any other battery backup, the install was easy.

Very happy with Tripp LIte UPS
I use this to protect two NAS devices (Synology) and my computer, along with a number of other peripherals. I like the fact that the NAS device recognized the UPS so I could program it to power down when the battery gets to LOW. I previously used another Tripp Light UPS which lasted me about 5-6 years. A satisfied customer.

I will buy another one if needed
I used this for a single server and monitor UPS unit. Works great. what I like about this unit is its size. Not to big but yet provides the required run time and protection.

Perfect for a single computer or multiple devices.
Great backup. It handles a decent load for a good amount of time. Recharge rate is standard.
SNMPWEBCARD capable which is an additional bonus. I've only had one issue with one of these (out of over 100) and support handled it promptly.

Trusting Tripp-Lite to protect LED Walls
Actually this Tripp-Lite is used to protect the video processors and associated monitors and converters. Tripp-Lite UPSs have never let me down. Like the Engergizer bunny they just keep working and working. I haven't had this one in place but for 3 weeks and we had some serious brown outs in the building. No worries for me.

Dependable Tripp-Lite UPS
Other UPS makes seem to die after a short time. My Tripp-Lites seem to last forever. Have several still going after 5 years. Just survived a 30 minute outage with no problem. You never regret buying quality.

UPS Doesn't have to mean APC
Decided to try a TrippLite UPS after having positive experiences with their other products such as surge protectors. Cheaper, reliable, easy to use, and so far, reliable and no maintainence. All in all a good by and a product I would buy again.

It does its job well
I have had the SmartPro 1500SLT for a couple of years. During that time, it has carried my system during several power failures, and I am very happy I purchased it. My only complaint is that the fan is noisy sometimes - but I can live with it, knowing I have the protection.

OK, but very noisy in an office environment
A UPS should be out of sight and out of mind, just one of those things you rely on, but never think about. This one does a good job of that, but the fan is VERY noisy if you need to use this in a quiet office space.
The printed user manual says the fan will only come on when "the UPS is in battery mode, is charging its batteries or is carrying a heavy electrical load"....
